There are 613 commandments of God in 4 different books in the Bible, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. However, there is no mention of a new moon in either of these books. In fact, the first mention of a new moon comes in I Samuel.

1 lunar cycle = 29.53059 days: Not Divisible by Seven. See WLC calendar

Fourth Commandment: "Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God." Exodus 20:9, 10. Seven days - No mention of an exception. See WLC calendar

Ellen White supported a Saturday-Sabbath. See EGW Quotes

WLC misquotes Ellen White in a quote that actually contradicts the Lunar Calendar idea. See text in context

The Moon rises 50 minutes later each night, and so it sometimes rises during the day.

The New Moon is seen on different days in different parts of the world.

There is at least one new moon a year that can not be seen.

Sometimes two new moons is shown in one month.
